How to use : Evan Care Curly Power Sealant is easy to apply and can be used on wet or dry hair. Apply a small amount to your palms and work it through your hair, starting at the ends and working towards the roots. Comb or finger comb your hair to evenly distribute the sealant and let it air dry or use a diffuser to dry your curls.
